We are told a guy from the Sober house on 14th/C Robert “Red” Sovereign was seen with the dog and is on the run himself. His mom is Cindy Sovereign. He is a large bald male. My mom is very upset. This dog is skittish from past abuse and a runner. She is a chihuahua/terrier mix, microchipped, 8lbs, 8yo, tan/red coat with grey. No collar. Last seen at 14th/C St in Eureka.
