Monday night at approximately 9:45 p.m. I left him outside of Safeway on Harris in Eureka for no more than 5 minutes. When I returned he was not where I had secured him. H.c.s.d. investigated and it was determined that someone called to him and he became loose. They then took him to the other side of the store and left him w some other people in the outdoor cafe. Those people were seen to put Sebastion in a standard white Ford ranger p.u. w/ camper shell and drive off. |
