| Description | He's not neutered and his tail is docked. He's cheerful and friendly, dogs and humans. He was wandering on his own, following at least two people I've talked to, and then came back by my house and wanted to talk to my dogs. I put a collar on and let him in. He's not skinny, not fat, and maybe a bit dusty, but not dirty. |
