Description	Wearing a Harness, Brown belt as a leash, flea collar. Running up 7th st in Arcata 12/14/17 around 2:30 pm, ran to Samoa Blvd where I was able to grab the leash. I called Arcata police and they came to get him. I didn’t get a photo.
