Description	Recent momma dog.. pretty bad mange or some kind of skin infection. Very sweet. Red and yellow collar. Found on samoa beach. Has humboldt cty tags and other vet tag. No name or number. Would love to foster until home is found but if shes contagious i dont want to risk my pups and her fur is too thin to leave her outside… help!
