Description	Rustic slipped out of our back gate on the Seely McIntosh side of the river bar. He normally does not care to go to the river but he left and did not come back. I am concerned because he has severe seizures and is due for medication. He doesn't have great hearing or sight (from the seizures). He is microchipped but will not wear a collar. He is very friendly and not aggressive at all. He is Border Collie, Heeler, and Pitbull.
