Description	Charlie is a large black mostly lab, very quiet but friendly. He has permanent scabs on both his elbows, and a related benign growth on his belly. He has a red collar, but no tag. I let him out late yesterday afternoon, and he did not come back when I called him in the early evening. The sun was still up, so it was not fireworks scare.
