| Description | Sad news for this story. There is a tiny dog, deceased, which seems to have been hit by a car. The location is at the CVS in arcata. The parking lot exit on H street behind the Coast Central Credit Union. The dog is lying between the sidewalk and parking lot with some flowers beside it. Very sad for whoever the owner is. |
