| Description | The cat was found walking across the street in front of the John Ryan Youth Center, 17th Street and J Street. Very emaciated, loss of hair, difficulty walking. I believe the tail was grey, however, the hair loss was severe there as well. They looked full grown, or close to it. They were taken to the Eureka Police Department. |
