Description	Seemed to keep going between the corner of G and an apartment nearby on Railroad Ave close to Logger Bar. Wouldn't leave the area but wouldn't let me get close enough to put a leash on. No collar, possibly intact. I hope someone is looking for him and he finds his home soon.
