Description	My friend fell asleep in front of Frederick & Charles with the door cracked, (because of the heat), & Lucy has jumped out of the car with her being unaware of it. Upon arrival, a neighboring business let me know that they had just seen a homeless man walking towards Old Town with my dog in his arms.
