Description	Dog is 70 lbs or so, Brown in color, roaming the Mad River Dunes north of the beach parking lot, halfway towards the mouth of the river. Dog is on top of a dune right now howling and crying. Time is 2:10. possible collar. I see it from across the river with binoculars, so can't get near it. I can hear he/she crying loudly.
