| Description | There is a small brown dog with a black color that has been running around the parking lot of Somoa beach for at least over 24 hours now. He has been here the last two times that I have been here. When I saw him yesterday I assumed he was with someone in the parking lot but when I saw him again today I knew that was not the case. He likes other dogs but barks and runs away whenever a person gets close to him. His tags look like they have information on them but he won’t let anyone get close to him. Could not snap a picture bc my phones camera is broken. |
