| Description | In one of the Samoa beach parking lots there has been a little brown dog hanging out for several days. He’s wearing a black collar with tags that seem to have a lot of information on them but he won’t let any humans approach him. Loves other dogs. Too far away from any houses to be a neighborhood dog.
