| Description | Found this am at 7:30 at the 1300 block of Ridgewood Dr headed to the Elk River Hill. Very tight pinch collar dragging a leach. Cone of shame due to an infected left front paw. Took to vet, no chip. Have 2 large dogs and cats. This will not work for us. This pup needs to go home. If no call, will go to pound in the morning. Super sad. |
