Description	Long-hair, poofy fur around neck, spots of white under chin, front arm pits, and lower belly. He's about 11 lbs. Skiddish around people when outside but might be friendly and want to come inside. He roams the neighborhood but always comes home. Saw him the morning of 12/5 but did not come in at night.
