| Description | Found this small black dog with a white mark on its chest taking shelter outside Paul’s Live from New York in Arcata just now. The dog was too skittish to be approached, but was consistently returning to take shelter there & is likely still there. The dog had a purple collar and pink name tag that I was unable to get close enough to read. Hope their family finds them soon! They seemed very upset to be out in the rain. |
