Description	Sparky is a kelpie 8 month old male - or labrador mix. Very playful and wags his tale at everyone. He was adopted from Sequoia Humane Society under the name Pizza Hut. He found his way out of the back yard, unfortunately without his collar (he'd just had a bath), here in Manila at 1520 Peninsula Drive. He may have been spotted across the street heading toward the dunes.
