Description	Chocolate Lab Not found but seen on Smith Lane/Stockton. @ 1pm +/- today. He's got a collar and think tags. He's skittish and wouldn't come. He's had gone up to Rohnerville Road but has come back to (last seen) Stockton @ Smith Ln. He seems to be searching for someone. Somebody saw him - they think- earlier today with a construction crew on Fortuna Blvd. Police/Animal Control has been called. Had trouble uploading photo
