Description	My sister let her dog out to use the bathroom at her home in Rio Dell. When she went out to get her a few minutes later she saw 2 vehicles leave. My sister is seen below holding her. Tippy is 14 y/o and epileptic. She is also almost completely def. Tippy means the world to her and both her sons, please help get her home asap. This picture was last year, a d she has probably greyed more.
