Description	Tuuli is blind and wandered out of our house in the early morning hours of Thursday, Feb. 27th. She was last seen in the Ridgeway/John Hill Rd. area of Myrtletown. Tuuli has one eye missing, and is blind in the other Tuuli had cancer surgery 2 weeks ago and has a healing surgical incision on her lower abdomen. She is wearing a halter with a short red leash attached to it. She wears a Humbldt County rabies tag
