Description	She ran away with her harness and leash on when she was on the riverbar by Town & Country trailer park. She could be by the cement plant or under a mobilehome in the park hiding. She is a special needs rescue, just got spayed and needs skin meds for allergies and special diet. Her brother and his humans are worried sick about her. She gets spooked easily and is extremely sensitive to loud noises, so she bolts.
