Description	PLEASE DO NOT CHASE HIM. He is very skittish and runs from people. Hes black with white on his face chest and tail, has a raspy bark and was wearing a harness.. His name is Garbanzo He got out of my car around the elk river area on Sunday Aug 30 around 6-7 pm when we were visiting the area. (( He has been seen at Elk River Court and near Berta barn ))
