| Description | Adult male german sheppherd seen running in Bayside down Noga Lane and then onto Old Arcata Road towards Arcata. I was not able to call the dog to me before it ran off so I do not have the dog. I also saw it run down Noga Lane last week. It seems to be either lost or getting out too often from it's home. |
