Description	Black and white Border collie dog…..White on the neck and on the paws he's a super nice dog lost tonight around 9 30 at 2030 Park in Eureka California somebody let mortars off at the park and he ran super scared I've been looking for him going on 2 hours please help reward if found can I hopefully call me doesn't matter what time
