| Description | A very curly, well groomed, social, super cute, collar-less little dog came up to me at i and 16th in Arcata at 9:00am. He/she was very interested in saying hi to my little dog. I was on my way to work so an older woman with shoulder length grey hair and glasses took the pup and said she'd look for it's owner. Unfortunately, I neglected to get her number. I just wanted the owner to know that their pup is safe and in good hands. |
