| Description | 7:30 pm today, Monday. Spotted running on Highway 101, in Arcata. Border Collie exited Samoa Blvd. Ran west on Samoa. Turned north on I Street. Ran towards town (Co-op). Ot was panicked, possibly recently pregnant reported a witness who followed it off the freeway. Dog had tags. Hope this info helps. We were unable to get the dog to stop running. |
