| Description | Large White fluffy dog with a collar running down 18th St in Myrtletown. It’s legs were covered in mud and it’s mouth was frothy. Seemed really out of it and like they had been running to awhile. Dog would not come to me. Didn’t seem aggressive just really out of it. Looked like it possible had a brown collar but it was hard to see. |
