| Description | I saw a German Shepard at the shell station on G street in Arcata. He/she looked really scared. Someone was trying to call him but he ran away. He headed north before slipping between two houses. It seemed like he has been hiding there for a while. Feel free to text or call me if you like me to specify where I saw him.
