| Description | Three-legged black cat with small white patch on chest. Seems to be around the same area each time I see it but trying to find the owner if it has one. Cat has fleas and has a lot of scabs and bald spots as a result. If this is your cat, or you are feeding it, can you please reach out to me if you need free flea medication? Just want to find out if this cat is being cared for. |
