| Description | Tan chihuahua in a blue(?) or black harness sprinting down Carson at F street and headed toward H street. It came up F street from the direction of Buhne. Tried to stop it but it took off at the sight of me. Super worried a out the little guy because it doesn’t seem to be phased by cars & streets. Spotted at 10:10. |
