Description	Small, thin black cat caught on my security cam several times over the past two days near California and Terrace Avenues in Arcata. Do you recognize him/her? I don’t want to put out food if there’s an owner, due to skunk and raccoon traffic. I’ll try to get a better picture by repositioning the camera tonight.
