| Description | Female black lab wearing a clip-on fluorescent vest. Dog is very well mannered and sweet. Found the dog on Halloween Night around 9:30PM walking the streets on her own. Her florescent reflective jacket caught our attention can keep her for the night but we have pets of our own and will have to take her to the pound. |
