| Description | A wolf dog hybrid with injuries to its legs and a broken chain and rope around its neck was seen running down 8th ave in Westhaven at approximately 1am. I tried to stop and approach the dog but it was scared and did not appear friendly. It ran into woods when thunder and lightning with heavy rain/sleet started as I slowly followed behind with my car. |
