| Description | We found this dog running loose south of Winco, and followed as far as Summer and Highland before losing track of him. He looks to be maybe a bichon mix, severely matted and dirty, likely been lost for a while. Unknown if he has a collar or not, as he wouldn't let us get close enough to check. |
