| Description | Matilda is deaf and cannot see very well. Sh is a local stray, she lives in our yard and we have been letting her stay inside and feeding her for the past few months. She is very skittish and it took a long time for her to let us into her heart, but once she began to trust us she became sweet. She started coming by every day. Since the earthquake on 12/5, we have not seen her. While she is not “ours”, we want to know if she's alright and if anyone has seen her.
Her fur looks black, but is actually very dark brown, and on her underside she has light brown markings/streaks. She will likely run if approached and not respond to vocal calls as she is deaf but she can hear very loud claps. |
