| Description | Black chihuahua in a green/teal Colman vest found trotting north on Est between Clark St and 9th St in Eureka, at approximately 3:45 pm on 12-11-24. He is young looking, and I have 100% certainty that he isn't neutered. The Eureka Police Department couldn't find a microchip, and due to the incoming cold weather decided to take the dog directly to the County Animal Shelter by the Airport.
