| Description | Baxter is a small terrier poodle about 15-18 lbs. I was out at Samoa beach on Thursday night a little after sunset (9-9:30). He was in the parking lot near my car and I was around the corner. He did not have a collar on. I think Someone picked him up thinking he was lost. |
