| Description | He was found howling, tied to a chained fence post in Garberville, leash hooked to itself forming a noose which he had also wrapped around the fence post and was stuck such that he couldn't move or even sit from where he was stuck.
We waited for two hours after finding & freeing him and giving him water and food, nobody showed up.
No collar, no tags, no aggresive behavior, no obvious bad injuries. (there's a little scab on 1 ear)
