Description	Was staying off Villa Way in Arcata and someone left the door open where I’m Staying and the dog walked out of the yard. His name is Trip he has a Front Right Paw handy cap that doesn’t hurt him. His Collar is being cleaned so he’s not wearing it. He had a micro chip but it’s not registered.
