| Description | There’s this guy acting the fool in traffic on Janes road across from Greenview Market in Arcata. Janes and 11th. He doesn’t seem to get the whole traffic avoidance thing. 50 pound pit bull mix, male. I’ve had to slow down traffic to avoid him getting hit about ten times. |
