Description	Found Husky on Lowell Street, Eureka. Running loose, has a collar but no tags. Very stressed and skittish, cannot ascertain gender. Was very thirsty and covered in redwood nettles. We can only keep him for a few hours at most. Then we will need to call Animal Control which we do not wish to do. Thank you.
