Description | We found a female black cat outside our home. We heard her meowing across the street in a bush and when we called to her, she ran over to us right away. She seemed very scared to be outside and quickly walked right into our house. She is extremely friendly, lets us pet her, and has been rubbing against our legs.
She was very hungry when she came in, and her nervous behavior outside makes us think she’s not used to being outdoors and is likely an indoor cat who got lost.
She doesn’t have any distinct markings, but she does have what look like old, healed cuts: a small, sharp cut on the top of her left ear, and a slightly larger cut on the middle of her right ear.
Based on her loving behavior and anxiety when outside, we believe she belongs to someone and are hoping to help her get back home as soon as possible.
She was found around 8:00PM around 1833 Pine St. Eureka, CA. |
