Description	Missing black and white spayed female cat. Her name is Kit-Cow, and she’s a petite 3 year old. I found her breakaway collar in the house however she’s not inside. Last seen near Center Street and Rigby Avenue in Rio Dell. I have her litter box outside hoping she’ll come back. She’s in a new space as I’m watching her while my daughter is on a fire in Shasta County. She’s also micro chipped. I think she got out last night while I was taking the garbage out.
