| Description | We saw a possible wolf/ husky dog at the Arcata Marsh near Klopp Lake around 1:30pm on Thursday, Nov 6. We attempted to get closer to it with a leash & did notice it was wearing a collar, but it ultimately ran off.
It looked very similar to the dog that was recently sighted in the Arcata Community Forest.
Coincidentally, that dog looked very similar to a dog we saw earlier in the week with a man at the Arcata Community Forest trail map. I asked him about his dog & he said they had been there many times before.
It could have been a different dog, but thought it was worth mentioning.
