| Description | Very skittish emaciated medium sized dog with long fur, sort of collie-like appearance. Looks relatively young. Was walking up and down the top of Humboldt Hill Rd, but darted down a side street. Tried to get a hold of them but they were too jumpy. Maybe was scared by the fireworks on New Years and ran to a new area since we haven’t seen it before. Spotted them around 1:30pm 1/1/26. |
