| Description | Lucy is a black cat with brown markings. She is a tortoise shell breed. she has a skinny spot with less hair at the base of her tail. I recently moved to 4th Street in Arcata and she ran towards 5th st. behind CVS and Safeway. She is very vocal especially when hungry. |
