Description	The gate latch wasn’t all the way latched and the wind blew it open today. Rocky is around 110-120 pound neutered male wearing a newer blue collar. We live on 10th Street in Arcata. I’ve called the shelter, Arcata PD and have driven everywhere. Ricky is almost a miniature pony so I know someone has seen him. Please call no matter the time if you see him or have him. Thank YOU.
