| Description | Black shorthaired dog with white markings on chest and toes, appears to be male though unsure. No collar but seems to not be a street dog. Tail undocked. Was seen late at night around 2:30 a.m. crossing Harris st south bound towards H st, then turning and going south bound on H st. Was responsive to humans and seemed intrigued or confused. Wasn't able to take him in but thought some information might be helpful. |
