| Description | Not sure if its one of our neighbors cats but they keep hanging around our house and we've never seen them before. Theyre also skittish and seem to have some skin disease going on. Likely ring worm. I dont think this cat is fixed either. So either this cat is lost or someone isnt being a responsible cat owner. |
